included in your package

  • In-Season (May - November) Venue Rental 

  • Friday: $6,500

  • Saturday: $7,500

  • Sunday: $5,500

  • A $1,000 discount is applied to weekend rates between December - April.

  • Payment Schedule

    • Upon booking: 50% of venue rental 

    • 3 months from date: $1,000 bar retainer

    • 1 month from date: 2nd half of venue rental & venue insurance

    • 2 weeks from date: Remaining bar & rental balances

  • Onsite venue coordinator dedicated to guest experience

  • Fourteen-hour venue rental (includes access to entire property)

  • Bridal Suite

  • Groom’s Space (includes golf simulators)

  • One-hour rehearsal time

  • Set up of venue & client decor

  • White padded ceremony chairs

  • Black bentwood reception chairs

  • Guest, gift, dinner, dessert & display tables

  • Outdoor patio benches & cocktail tables

Next Steps

  • Contract and Deposit:

    • We’ll email you a contract to sign electronically. To reserve your date, a 50% venue deposit is required. We accept payments via check, Chase Quick Pay, Zelle, or credit card (with a 3% processing fee). Please arrange your preferred payment method with your venue coordinator.

  • Planning Meetings: We’ll reach out to schedule two planning meetings to ensure everything is on track:

    • In-Person Meeting: 90 days before your wedding to talk through details.

    • Virtual Meeting: 30 days before your wedding to review updates.
