Iron & Ember is a newly renovated, all-season, full-service venue. Located at the Brookshire Golf Club in Carmel, I&E blends modern, industrial character with stunning natural light and picturesque views.
Where to begin? Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and it's all because of Iron & Ember and their amazing staff. My husband and I started our venue searching journey almost a year ago, and the second we walked into Iron & Ember, we knew it was the location for us. Between the subtle industrial, yet simple, classic, and versatile aesthetic, and the countless number of options- this venue was the perfect canvas. Not to mention, we had the absolute best coordinator, Kimmi, who quickly became a family friend, showing the utmost professionalism combined with genuine care for making our special day all about us! We felt supported every step of the way, with the consistent communication, reminders, and heartfelt support that Kimmi provided. It is 100% without a doubt, that the reason our wedding was as amazing as it was is a result of all of Iron & Ember's hard work!

Iron and Ember was the perfect place to host a wedding! We got married in October and it was absolutely beautiful. We were lucky enough to have the ceremony outside, as planned, but it would have been equally as great indoors since the venue is so pretty. The staff at Iron and Ember were flexible and great at coordinating things throughout the day and the months leading up. I felt extremely at ease knowing everything would be taken care of. The planning meetings were very helpful and kept everyone on the same page. Tristen was our venue coordinator and we couldn't have asked for anyone better. She was so friendly, kind, and organized. She was quick to reply to my countless questions and always was willing to help. The day of, she did an excellent job at taking care of all the little details from helping the bridal party down the aisle, moving decor from place to place, and everything else in between. Our family and friends were impressed by how smoothly everything ran, due to the coordination and professionalism of Tristen and the venue. It was a great experience and we would recommend Iron and Ember to anyone looking for a venue!

We don’t even know where to begin. Iron and Ember was the main reason our wedding day was everything we pictured (and more)! We had Aubrey as our coordinator and she was thorough, kind, helpful and nothing short of amazing. We had the most romantic and picturesque ceremony, all because there are no bad ceremony spots in the place. The reception was the party of a lifetime. I&E was the perfect venue, we would get married there a million times over!

We had an exceptional experience at Iron and Ember! The venue itself is stunning, clean and modern. It's one of the few, if not only venues in town that provided the chic style we were looking for. Emma and the rest of the Iron and Ember staff were lovely to work with. She understood our personalities and what we were looking for on our special day. We highly recommend Iron and Ember — our only regret is we only get to do this once :)

It is the perfect blend of classic, modern & industrial. The huge fireplace made the perfect backdrop for our winter wedding. Tristen & the whole crew made it so easy from touring to booking to planning meetings! I also love the flexibility they offer with design, layout, and rentals. They allow you to bring in a few vendors of your choice and the Iron & Ember team is present the whole day of and makes sure everything runs so smoothly.

Could not be happier with picking Iron & Ember as our wedding venue. Everything was absolutely perfect. Beautiful space with staff that 100% knows how to pull off an amazing event from head to toe - start to finish. We were blessed to work with Bethany throughout planning and day of….felt like a true friend by the end of our wedding! She has such a calm demeanor which was so appreciated with making game time decisions as weather was acting up for our outdoor ceremony. Continue to receive great compliments from guests regarding how perfect and smooth the whole night went. Nothing but great things to say. Could not recommend this venue and staff more!!!

If I could give a million stars in every category for Iron & Ember I would and, honestly, that still wouldn't be enough. Not only is the venue absolutely STUNNING but the team is unlike any I have ever worked with. Working alongside Emma and her coworkers throughout the entire planning process for our day was so effortless and downright fun. Every member of the Iron & Ember family is so attentive, kind, and genuine. They made sure that our day went by without a hitch. As an event planner myself, I have a hard time loosening my hold on any planning reigns but I am so glad that I trusted Emma and the rest of the girls. If you are looking for an incredible venue with an even better team to make all your wedding dreams come true, look no further. They will make you want to have your wedding every single weekend ;)
