Our team believes that we have an obligation to speak up and act, because silence is a missed opportunity to bring about reconciliation. Together, we have decided to do our part in seeking equality and justice.

• We will widen our vendor community and pursue inclusivity & diversity, in an effort to support black creatives and minority-owned businesses.

• We will support and donate to organizations fighting against racism — Equal Justice Initiative, Noblesville Diversity Coalition, Appetite to Change, Indianapolis NAACP, Black Lives Matter, etc.

• We will have honest conversations with our team and vendor community about how we can be a part of the solution. We will listen and learn.

• We will continue to love and serve our clients well, so that we can be kind and compassionate business owners, coordinators and human beings.
